Rock Climbing Course in Stockholm, Sweden

 

 

If you are spending some time in Stockholm we can help you with rock guiding or instructions. We have over 20 years climbing experience and all guides are certified mountain guides (IFMGA/UIAGM) and/or multi-pitch rock climbing instructors (UIAA).

 

Rock climbing course in English in Stockholm 
With the increasing number of English speaking people in Stockholm we have decided to set a number of dates where the course will be in English.

The course 
The course follows the norm from Swedish Mountaineering Council (Svenska Klätterförbundet) and gives you the basic knowledge for Top roping outdoors as well as indoors. 

We will guide you through the basics of climbing technique, rope management, belaying, building anchors, how to use rock protection, how to rappel and a lot more during 2 days.
